CHAPTER 3

The evening of the Mating gathering had finally arrived, Daciana got dressed as pretty as she could. She bought a yellow shirt dress while Susan bought a blue dress that showed a part of her cleavage.

Cira helped Daciana dress her hair into a beautiful style and placed a rose by the side just to add more beauty to her sister.

"I bet that Remus won't be able to let his gaze off when he sees you" Cira teased Daciana who blushed, her eyes fixed to her reflection and with the image she saw, Daciana looked very pleased.

"Thanks Cira" she said and began to head out of the door because the Mating gathering will kick off soon.

"Daciana" Cira called out to her sister and quickly, the impatient Daciana turned back to her sister, "What is it Cira?" She asked, her green eyes glittering.

"Good luck dear sister, I will be there soon" she smiled with nothing but love in her eyes.

Diaciana walked towards Cira and hugged her passionately, "Thanks" she whispered, released her grip and hurried out of the house as her heart began to race really fast out of excitement.

As soon as she got out of the house, she met Ramus, ran to hug him with smiles All over her face.

"You look so beautiful Daciana" Ramus whispered and placed a kiss on her cheek, his eyes filled with admiration.

Daciana blushed really hard, "And you don't look bad too Remus" she replied.

"Daciana!" A voice called out, the couple turned back to see Susan walking towards them with a smile on their face.

"You look so pretty Susan" Daciana complimented as the gown Susan wore fitted her curvy shape excellently.

"But not as beautiful as you are" Remus whispered and Susan gave him a hard look with a smile on her face.

"We both look like good lovers, okay?" She raised an eyebrow and they all laughed out loud.

They both walked towards the gathering, within two minutes, they got to the gathering and were surprised to see a crowd of other werewolves waiting to be mated.

Daciana scanned around nervously, she looked at the faces of the make werewolves who were also going to mate I with their assigned female werewolf. Daciana couldn't lie, they are all handsome but none of them is more handsome than her Remus, the only man that she wants to be touched by and not any other werewolves.

"They are all handsome men here" Susan whispered to her as they walked towards the space left for other female werewolves like them.

Diaciana nodded but her gaze was fixed on Remus who discussed with his friends, his face filled with smiles. Daciana wondered what he might be talking about along with his friends, she knows that Remus is very excited just the way she is but the words of Susan from yesterday and the words of her sister stayed deep inside of her that she didn't know what else to think about.

Susan and Daciana stood at an empty space along with some female werewolves who giggled and played with their hair. More werewolves came and soon, the whole place was filled with werewolves that were about to mate and mated werewolves who came to witness the occasion.

Daciana turned to Susan and noticed that she didn't seem nervous as she is. Daciana could feel her blood rush aggressively through her veins and she wonders why.

"Don't you feel nervous about this whole situation Susan? '' she whispered to her friend who laughed.

"Why should I when I am about to get laid by whomever the moon goddess chooses for me?" she smirked with a lustful look in her eyes.

Daciana looked at her in surprise,"Why will you say such a Susan. Don't you want to be mated with Rufus?" She asked and stared at her friend who laughed again.

"Whatever, the moon goddess will decide for me" Susan responded as the leader of the clan stepped forward.

The whole clan stayed silent as all eyes were fixed on the leader who glanced at each one of them, his eyes scanned the yet to be mated werewolves of his park.

Daciana bit her lower lip nervously, with closed eyes, she prayed to the moon goddess that Remus should be chosen as her mate, she wants no other male werewolf but him.

"The ceremony is about to begin and I hope that you all are ready to take this step that will change your life for good and get to know who indeed the moon goddess has decided to bind you with" The mighty Alpha said, his voice boomed out in the silent crowd as no one dared to say a word.

Daciana glanced at Remus who also had his eyes on her, he smiled sweetly and gave her a reassured look that everything will be fine. With that, Daciana's confidence crawled into her, she nodded at him, closed her eyes and breathed deeply but her mind still beat nervously for the outcome, the image of Remus glued to her heart.

"All the yet to be mated werewolves should gather at the center this minute" The leader commanded with his deep muscular voice which was so audible to the core.

Together with Susan, Daciana walked to the center along with other werewolves. The sun was gradually settling down and soon, the full moon dominated the sky, it shone so bright at its peak hereby dominating the darkness of the night.

Immediately, Daciana could hear some werewolves around her begin to transform into their wolf form. None of the females transformed but they all watched the transforming males with wide eyes wondering what was about to happen.

"Mate" a male werewolf standing next to Daciana let out, his eyes fixed on Daciana, his long tongue licked his mouth.

Not able to understand what was going on, other female werewolves began to move backwards leaving Daciana who stood at the center, her eyes locked with the werewolf who stood next to her.

Suddenly, another werewolf by the left side of Daciana muttered the word "Mate" , his gaze fixed on Daciana with his eyes filled with lust.

Daciana was so scared, she stared at the two werewolves wondering what is happening to her, her heart beats so fast as she couldn't understand why two werewolves will want her as a mate.

To her dismay, one after the other, the male werewolves in the gathering all turned to her with the word "Mate" proceeding out of their mouth including her lover Remus.
