EVANS POV I didn't like locking Rosie up. I knew she was getting tired of it even before she told me but I didn't know what to do. I haven't caught the bastard yet so I have no other choice but to lock her up. I don't know who is the insider and I didn't want to take chances because who knows maybe the person is closed to us.
