Chapter 3

‘’EVANS POV

“ And hey. I am not some arrogant asshole, I am your alpha to be.” I said and smiled brightly when I saw the fear in her eyes.

I'm going to have so much fun with her. She doesn't know what's coming.

She looked at me like she didn't believe what I said.

“You must be joking to call yourself an alpha to be.” she said as she laughed mocking me right in my face.

“HOW DARE YOU LAUGH AT ME?” I said angrily using my alpha voice.

Her face turned pale.

‘Take that. Ha that's what you get for doubting me.’ I said in my mind as I widen my smirk.

“Youuu? How did you? How is that possible?” she stammered as she looked like she was battling with her thoughts.

“Next time, don't disrespect me or else you got consequences coming your way. Now get out of my sight, I can't stand your ugly face.” I said.

Immediately the girl who I didn't get her name left my room, I could finally breath.

My wolf was shouting at me inside for saying such a thing to his mate. I pushed him aside and never let my wall down. I don't care what he thinks of me but there was no way I was accepting that girl as my mate. Never.

I mind link my friends to come to my room immediately.

It's didn't take them long to arrive.

“What's wrong Evans I was on the bed cuddling my mate when you called. Hope it's something good or else?” Nate said grumping.

“Shut it dude and hear me. It's very important.” I said to him using my serious tone.

“Okay what's wrong? It seems serious that I expected.” Smith said.

“You guys I want to ask you a question?” I said.

“Shot we are listening.” Smith said.

“There is this girl who is maybe at the age of 16 or 17 she has emerald eyes and light brown hair. I think she works her or something. Who is she? ” I asked my friends.

They bought began to think.

“Oh I think I know who you are referring to. It's Rosie white. Remember her Smith the girl with the rare eyes.” Nate said hitting Smith.

“Oh yes I remember her now” Smith said.

“Good now tell me everything you know about her.” I said.

“Well she's an orphan who lost her parents then she lost her grandma like two years ago. She is the pack omega.” Smith said.

Axel let out a whine but I was disgusted. She was so not my type. Not only was she an orphan but also an omega. The girl the moon goddess chose for me as a mate was an Omega who is the lowest level and the weakest. Is this some kind of joke? What have I done to deserve this? I can't keep up with this.

“But dude why are you asking about her out of the blue?” Smith asked.

I thought deep. I can't tell my friends that I'm cursed with a weak mate. They will laugh at me and maybe mock me. No way will I let my dignity be insulted. I rather hold it inside of me than to let it out.

“Evans are you okay? You are usually quiet. Any problem?” Nate asked bringing me out of my thoughts.

“Ah no problem at” I said quickly.

“Then why are you quiet? Answer the question already, why are you asking about Rosie white?” Smith questioned.

“Oh about that I'm sorry. Well the answer to your question is that I just wanted to know who she is. I saw her during the party last night so I wanted to know who she is or is It wrong for me to know my pack members?” I asked covering the truth smoothly.

“Oh alright but what's the main reason you called us here. I will like to know.” Nate asked.

“It has skipped my memory. Just forget about it.” I said to them.

“You can leave my room now. I need to take my bath and get ready for today's chores.”

I told them.

They both looked at me but said nothing as they walked out of my room. I removed my clothes. I stood in front of my shower head as I allowed the water pour on me.

My mind drifted to that girl who was my mate.

I can't believe why my life has turned to this. Why am I being punished for a crime I don't get what's the moon goddess deal. Others are lucky with their mates, why do I have to be the unlucky one?

I finished my shower. I left the bathroom and put on something nice for the day.

I left the room and went downstairs to see my family.

My mother was running around the kitchen trying to ensure that everywhere was clean and there was food.

My father was sitting in dinning table with his phone on his hand. I sat beside him.

“Good morning Dad.” I greeted.

“Morning son. Hope you slept well? Your mom and I couldn't find you in the party again so we thought you slept early.” he said. Only if he knew what was happening.

“Yes I slept very early because of the long trip stress and all.”

“I can my baby is awake already. Hope you slept well son?” My mother said immediately she walked into the dinning room.

“Mum I'm fine. Aren't you tired of yesterday stress and all. You should rest.” I said feeling concerned for her health.

“I'm fine son besides I'm still strong to do anything so let me be okay.” she said.

I raised my hands up in surrender. There is no way I can stop my mother from doing what she loves doing. I think why my dad is silent is because he couldn't win against her.

“Yes ma'am” I said.

“Don't worry boys, food will be served very soon.” she said and left to the kitchen.

My dad dropped his phone on the table and cleared his throat.

“So son I have sent application for you to go back to school. You need to finsh your studies. You mustn't learn only about how to be an alpha. There is so much to learn in this world so you have to go back.” he said.

Well it's not like I mind going back to school. Infact it was a good decision. At least I will be going with my friends not like I will be alone right so that's the fun part.

“Alright dad I will go back to school. But when will I be resuming.” I asked.

“It can be tomorrow which is Monday.” he said.

“Alright then.” I said.

My mum came back with some girls behind her with food in their hands. I didn't miss that Omega girl behind her. She placed the plate she was holding before joining the other girls to leave the dinning room. My mum sat down and we all ate together and talked about old times. Actually it was my mother that was doing most of the talking while my dad and I were replying her.

After breakfast, I went out hoping to see the Omega girl so I can have a word with her. I was standing close to the garden when I saw her walking with some clothes in her hand.

I walked to her a blocked her way.

“You omega can't you greet your alpha to be.” I said to her.

“Good morning.” she said sounding uninterested.

“Where did you leave your manners?” I asked feeling angry.

“Sorry alpha.” she said bowing in submission.

Now I was satisfied at least she knows how to submit.

“Now let me give you a clear warning. Or no it's better to just command you because you might just decided to disobey my warning.” I said to her.

“I command you to never speak of what happened to us last night with anyone. And also you are not to tell anyone that we are mates. Is that clear?” I said using my alpha tone.

“Yes.” she whispered.

Her voice sounded so weak like she was in pain but as usual, I didn't care at all.

I left her there before going back to my house.

My wall came down and my wolf refused let me rest.

“Are you crazy? How can you do such a thing to our mate like that?” he barked angrily.

“Correction Axel she's your mate and not mine because there is no way I'm accepting that weak thing as my mate. I mean look at her, are you proud to boast around with her as your better half. It's so shameful to imagine it.” I said to him.

“I don't care about her rank. I love her for who she is. I'm telling you human you are making a very big mistake that you are going to regret for the rest of your life. Mark my words.” he said.

“Like I care a s**t. That girl can never add anything to me so try and grow up Axel we don't need her to be strong. With her in our lives we are going to be weak. Can't you see that?” I tried to make him reasonable. But he was too stubborn.

“No the only thing I can see is your dirty pride and ego. Well guess what. I'm done with you human. I can't keep up with you. If you need me then accept my mate but for now I'm going to leave you to get stronger on your own. I know you can do It without me.” he said turning his back on me.

“Axel you can't be serious right? You are not going to leave me because of some girl right? Come on we have come a long way. Don't do this.” I said.

“I can't listen to you. Can't you see I'm hurt already. Just let me be.” after that he left.

That was the last time I heard from my wolf and it was all because of that Omega girl. I'm so going to get my revenge on her. Thanks to her my wolf is gone leaving me alone. I won't let her have any peace for this.
