Chapter 14Sitting in the car in dead stopped traffic, all she could think about was just getting there, taking a bath or a shower, it didn’t really matter which, and laying in his arms. Those arms that she knew made her feel safe and to lay her head on his chest, that chest where she fell asleep listening to his heart beat knowing it took away all the stress of her day. Being with him made her feel like nothing in the world could touch her and nothing mattered but him and her right there in that moment.
