Chapter 36 – Changing Relationships
Isiah rolled over in bed and stared up at the ceiling above him. The silence around him nothing compared to the raging tides of unease and longing that just seemed to get deeper and harsher as the days went on. It had been nearly two weeks since Reggie had been admitted to the hospital…and much more important than that fact, it had been two weeks since Maybells terrible nightmares had begun.
