Chapter Thirteen– Wrath When Isiah stepped into the room the first and only thing he had eyes for was the woman lying calmly in the bed. Maybells hazel colored skin was somewhat dulled, no doubt from from blood loss, and her expression seemed mildly filled with discomfort as she laid eyes closed.
