18 Richard had a vague memory, something he’d seen or read that might provide an explanation. Something about wormholes and parallel universes. He thought it could be related to what was happening, despite not understanding a single word of it. What did Brian think? “You’re saying, Bri, that somehow we’ve become entangled in a vortex, a tear in the space-time continuum?” Brian shook his head, blowing out his breath, losing patience. “Are you out of your mind, Rich?
