I stopped behind my sister as I stared at him, my legs stayed rooted to the spot. I felt like Colton had cast a spell on me. My body reacted instantly the moment our eyes met. It was Jane's voice that sliced through whatever it was that was keeping me rooted to that spot.
I blinked and looked at Jane, who was screaming because Caleb had given her a box of chocolate. Lucky her. She turned to me to show me the chocolate, saying something about not sharing with me. I didn't even say anything, just shrugged and gave her a pretentious smile, because inside of me was reeling from the shock of seeing Colton.
I mean, I loved chocolate, but the moment wasn't a moment for celebrating a box chocol
