Chapter 6

Jungkook's Pov:

As soon as Taehyung left us, i told Jimin i'll go first and took his car. I secretly follow Taehyung's car in a distance.

Not long enough, when he stop infront of a flower shop. I frown at the thought of what he will do here? The worst idea that came to my mind is that what if he will buy a flower for someone else? I didn't notice that i tighten my grip at the wheel and almost break it.

I wait for him to step out from his car, with a smile yet a force smile.

What are you hiding, mate? Yes, he is a true blood vampires mate. He is my mate.

He walk towards the the door and i felt jealous when he smile and talk for a bit to the boy which is like younger than him, before going inside.

"Eomma~~~i miss you."

"Miss me already baby? Hows your first day."

"Its fine eomma. I'll go change and help Kai out there. That poor kid must be tired." A voluntary smile form to my lips hearing his voice.

I the decided to step out from my car and walk towards the shop. Oh, that alluring lavander rose scent of him, it really smell so good and its making my body feel calm.

"What can i---your highness." The woman bowed ninety degrees and i was stunt seeing the woman whom i saw  a few years ago.

I rush towards her in just second, "Please..." i said and she compose her self and look at me. There are so many questions in my mind and i dont even know where to start.

Is she the mother of my mate? But how?

"I can feel that you have so many questions running into your mind, your highness." She said noticing my facial expression.

"Jungkook, just Jungkook, please." I told her and she smile at me. She led me at the couch and gesture me to sit.

"Anything you want? We ha i mean i have fresh blood here." My eyes widened looking at her. "Dont get me wrong, its not human blood, your mas--Jungkook." She said nervously.

"Just water,please." I said and she walk to the kitchen. I roam my eyes around and i realised how comfy inside is, my eyes landed to a photo hanging at the wall and was about to stand when she came.

"Here." She handed me the water and seat across me.

"Its been so long, the last time i saw you, and still you didn't change a bit beside of you being still that handsome and respectful boy." She stated and o can feel a rush of blush to my cheeks.

"Yeah, its been how many years? 17? If im not mistaken, Ji Hyun." I chuckle.

"I thought i wont be seeing you anymore since that car accident." I said, remembering that tragedy.

I was with my friends, Yoongi, Jin Jimin, Hoseok and Namjoon at the Fort Royale Forest hunting for some wild animals, when i suddenly hear a loud blast not to far from us.

"I think theres something happen there." I told them and point my finger at the south. Without any more words, i run in a flash and my heart almost shattered seeing the car crash at the other car, upside down.

"Kook, you're unbelievable! You really a royal vampire." Hoseok said when they came after me. Their eyes suddenly averted at the car and all of them feel sad seeing a b****y body.

I keep sniffing and follow the scent when i stop right infront of the crashed car.

"Hel-help...sa-save my s-son." I bend down and see a woman showered with her own blood. Then i heard a faint cry and my eyes landed to a baby at the car seat.

"Oh my god, a baby!" Jin shockingly exclaimed and before he can touch it, i push him unintentional and he was thrown away and his landed at the three before touches the ground.

"Jin!"

"Jungkook! What the f**k?!" Yoongi yelled but i ignored it.

"Mate!" My inside said and i pulled the car door and gently hold the baby.

"Tha-thank you." I heard the woman said and when the other check them, they are already lifeless.

"Jin, are you okay?" I heard Namjoon hyung and i look at their direction, still holding the baby.

"Im fine,no worries." He replied and they both walk closer to me.

"Sorry hyung." I said and he smiled at me, then his eyes landed at the baby in my arms, his small hand holding my thumb. My heart keep beating so fast that i felt it will come out from my chest.

"Dis i hear you right,Kook?" Jin asked and they look at me.

"Is it possible? A human? And worst is a baby?" I asked.

Before they can say something else, an ambulance came, just then we notice a small crowd at the area.

"Oh my god...what happen? Where the baby?" Our eyes landed at a woman crying out loud.

"Tae baby..." she cried kneeling infront of the car seat that i pulled earlier, and the baby in my arms cry like she heard someone calls his name.

Tae...

The woman look at us and she then walk closer to us. I hold tightly the baby not wanting to give her.

"Please, he is all i have." She softly said with her tears keep falling from his eyes.

"Jungkook..." Jin hyung put his hand to my shoulder and slightly grip it.

"But hyung...he is my-"

"Jungkook!" Namjoon and Yoongi cut me, before they look around. I know what they mean, humans. Human dont know we exist, i hate to do this but i needed to. I look qt the baby in my arms and i felt something inside me that i cant even decifer what it is. I saw him smile, his eyes locked to mine like he is telling something. I peck a kiss to his forehead and with a heavy heart, i handed him to the woman infront of me.

"Thank you."

"Are you okay?" I was brought to the moment when i heard Ji Hyun voice.

"Ah, yes. I just remember the first time i saw him. I cant even believe that this day will come." I replied.

"But how come you're still in collage?" She ask and a chuckle escape from my lips. I was about to answer him when i smell that lavander rose scent of him again.

"Did you just follow me here?" He  ask, his voice was so cold. I ignored him and walk closer.

"Im sorry, im just worried so yes, i secretly followed you here,ba--" My heart felt a pain when he step back when i almost touches him and in a flash, Ji Hyun was standing right in between us.

"Im sorry, but you cant touch him!" She apologised and bowed again and i look at her.

Now i really get it, she's a vampire and how about my Taetae? Is he a vampire too?

"Im sorry" i said. "Please stop doing that." I added and i saw a shock and confused to my mates face.

"What was-

"When is your birthday?" I ask cutting him in his words. Im older than him so i feel the bond but if he is a vampire, when he turns 18 he will surely feel it. But i notice him pace out, i can smell the ultimate fear inside of him. His hands starts to tremble a bit, a beads of sweats appears to his forehead.

"Taehyung!" Ji Hyung and i called out.

"Are you okay,baby?" Ji Hyun asked, i want to hold him so bad but im resisting myself in doing it. Since i met him, he always told me or notice him he doesn't want to be touch, and i want to know whats behind that story.

He raised his trembling hands infront of him and stared at it, like theres something in there.

"What was happening to him?" I asked worriedly, he then raised his head and look at me. I saw his eyes teared up,my heart felt pain and i feel restless, i want to hold him, touch him, hug him tightly and tell him its okay and im here for him.

But i cant.

But then, everything seems so fast that now i was hugging him.

I was a bit startle  earlier when he runs towards me, his arms around my neck, his face landed to my chest and my hand securely around his petit waist. It felt so good. I hear a small sobs from him, i run my hand up and down to his back.

"Its okay baby. Im here. I will always be here for you, from now on and onwards." I whisper to him. I keep on whispering sweet words, i even kiss the top of his head ignoring he fact there's a  pairs of eyes looking at us. Then i heard a soft snore, i look down at him and smile when i saw him sleeping already.

"Where's his room?" I asked Ji Hyun who has a motherly smile in her face. He point the first door at the second floor and i gently carry him bridal and walk upstairs to his room.

I laid him gently to his bed and cover him to his blanket till his shoulder. I then press a kiss to his forehead, just then i notice something in his wrist.

A bracelet. A not so ordinary bracelet. I kept staring at it, like i saw it before already but i dont remember when.

"I will tell you everything."
