Brittany's POV:
"Hey dad", I smiled when dad and Delia got home that night.
"Hey Brittany, thanks for coming over", he said and Delia hugged me.
"How are you going?" She asked me.
"Getting there, Andrew and I broke up", I replied.
"Oh no, what happened?" She gasped.
"I don't want to talk about it", I sighed.
"Well I'm here when you're ready to", she hugged me and went upstairs.
"Are you staying the night?" Dad asked me.
"No, I'm actually driving back home", I showed him my bag.
"Or right, tomorrow is Monday so back to work", he chuckled, "are you and Zack dating again?"
"What? No, where did you get that news from?" I frowned.
"The news", he shrugged, "just confirming."
"No, we're not", I shook my head.
"That sucks."
"Dad", I gave him a look.
"Kidding, drive safely", he kisses my forehead.
I left and drove back to Brooklyn; the road wasn't busy because it was almost 9 pm. When I got to my neighborhood, I relaxed a little and drive slower.
I locked the door when I got I inside my apartment and tossed the bag in a corner and jumped on the couch then switched on the television to watch a movie.
My phone rang, it was Jen.
"Hey Jen", I answered.
"Please tell me it's not true", she said.
"What?"
"You and Zack?"
"No it's not, you know how the paparazzi gets already", I sighed.
"Good because he's a player so be careful", she stated.
She still didn't trust Zack that much.
"I am careful, we're just friends", I assured her.
"Good, so what's been up with you?"
"When were you going to tell me you were coming for Thanksgiving?" I demanded.
"Who told you? Andy?"
"No, Zack did actually."
"Way to ruin the surprise, but yes we're coming for Thanksgiving."
"I can't wait for you to come, we're going to have so much fun shopping with Chelsea", I smiled.
"I have something to tell you as well, but will when we come."
"Okay, well I am going fine, Andrew broke up with me Thursday night and I got suspended from my job Friday", I explained.
"Wow and then Saturday you were spotted with Zack, talk about drama for the weekend", she chuckled.
"You're telling me", I sighed.
"I am keeping a low profile this week though, I have enough grocery", I said.
"Good, hey maybe you can fly over to Seattle and send two days", she suggested.
"Don't you have work?"
"I can ask for two days off."
"It's okay Jen, I been busy so it's nice to get to relax and catch up on some shows I been wanting to finish", I told her.
"If you changed you mind, give me a call", she said.
"I will, bye", I hung up.
So which movie should I watched first?

When I woke up the next day it was almost 10 am, I decided to stay in bed a little longer, which was half an hour. The next time I got up, I go to my bathroom and do my morning routine before going to the kitchen to make breakfast and continue watching my show I was watching last night.
My phone rang two hours later, "hey Brittany, do you mind swinging over at my place later?" Zack asked.
"Why?"
"It's important, I need to see you."
"Why don't you come meet me here instead? Doesn't it have paparazzi swarming your front gate?" I questioned.
"No, dad made sure they don't even come near our neighborhood", he assured me.
"I think it'll be safer to come here instead", I stated.
"Just come please."
"Don't you have work to do or something?" I sighed.
"Lunch break right now, plus I am working from home."
"What time to come?"
"3 pm sounds good to you?" He asked.
"Sure, whatever."
"Thanks, see you then."
I hung up, well there goes my day of relaxation.
After a few more hours of watching shows, I got ready to go over to the Grant resident, Zack better give me gas money.
45 minutes later
I rang the door bell of the mansion and Zack opened it, "great you're here", he let me in.
"You owe me money for gas", I stated.
"I'll pay you, don't worry."
"What was so important I had to leave the comfort of my home?" I crossed my arms.
He led me to his father's office where he was working, "this", he showed me the gossip website.
'False alarm, the bachelor is not taken, sources told us he was just catching up with an old friend.'
"This is what you couldn't tell me over the phone!" I exclaimed.
"There's more to it, someone saw my one night stand left the house this morning and took photos", he sighed.
"And this involves me how?"
"By going to dinner with me tonight."
"Do you really want to push something that isn't there? Why don't you ask a model or something?" I scoffed.
"They're too clingy and not fun to talk to", he sighed.
"Sorry bud, but I am not going out tonight", I stated, "or for the rest of the week nights."
"Fine, I'll find a way to get rid of my new scandal, I think I'll call up an old friend", he smirked.
"Good luck, can I go now?"
"It's a good day, want to take a walk in central park? As friends of course", he offered.
"Sure, you still owed me money for letting me drive all the way here", I nodded.
"Give me five minutes to change into something more public appealing", he left and I went downstairs.
****
"It's been so long since I came here", I said as we sat on the bench eating corndog.
"I haven't had a corndog in so long", Zack added.
"Remember when we used to come here a lot with Blair and Landon?" I smiled.
"Yeah when our parents would be busy after school so we had to watch them", he nodded.
"Remember when Landon's corndog fell and the dog took it?" I laughed.
"It was so funny, he ran after the dog demanding it to stop", he chuckled.
"Good memories", I sighed. "then graduation came and off to university, our group split up and went separate ways."
He nodded in agreement.
I saw a person took a quick photo of us laughing and people glanced in our direction, no doubt recognizing Zack instantly.
"I think we should go, a photographer is following us", I whispered.
"Let's not make it obvious", he replied and we got up then walked toward the direction to the zoo.
"We can shake him off, we'll lose him in the crowd", Zack held my hand and walked into the crowd of people.
We made it out of the park and unto the sidewalk then he unlocked his car and I got in, that was close.
"Where to next? We still got time", he faced me.
"Carnival? There's always one around here", I shrugged.
"Carnival it is, maybe we should ask Blair and Landon if they want to tag along", he frowned.
"It's Monday, they're busy with their extra curriculum activities", I pointed out.
"Oh right, Landon is on the football team", he nodded.
"So still want to go?" I asked.
"It's okay, let's just go to the cliff where we used to go", he suggested.
"Yes, I miss going there", I agreed.
"Great, we'll pass by Taco bells first and get food."

When I got home just before 6 pm, I smiled and dropped on my couch, I just had a great evening. I didn't realize how much fun it used to be when hanging out with Zack, just like old times.
I popped popcorn and turned on the TV to watch a movie, then my phone vibrated.
Chelsea: Hey, how was your day?
Me: Good, hung out with Zack this evening
Chelsea: I know, I saw you online again in central park with him
Me: *sigh* These people can't mind their business for anything
Chelsea: It's their job to mind your business, you know that
Me: Why me? There are a lot of celebrities to follow around in New York
Chelsea: Zack is the juicy stuff along with any female he has on his arm
Me: So much for keeping a low profile this week
Chelsea: You can still accomplish that if you stay away from Zack
Me: I know, but Zack knows where I live
Chelsea: Don't answer any of his messages or call or the door if he comes by
Me: Not a bad idea, thanks
Chelsea: Well Scott is calling me, talk soon girl
Me: Yeah and use protection ;)
Chelsea: Whatever
Me: It's good advice
I laughed and decided to call Spencer to see how he is going in university, his first couple of weeks.
"Hey Spencer", I said when he answered.
"Hey, I thought you forgot all about me", he chuckled.
"How Boston University treating you?" I smiled.
"Good, my roommate is cool and I made a few friends too", he answered.
"I'm happy you're settling in, you were so nervous when you were leaving home."
"Yeah, but at least my best friend's university is not far from here", he stated.
"I knew no one when I went to university, but after the first month I got use to it."
"Or yeah because you had a room for yourself", he chuckled.
"Yeah, it got lonely sometimes", I admitted.
"Obviously", he laughed, "so you and Zack huh?"
"Not you too", I groaned, "we're not a thing."
"Yet, you were in high school."
"That's different", I stated.
"How? Don't tell me you walked away without getting feelings whatsoever."
"That's exactly what I am saying", I replied.
"Whatever, but I made a bet with Blair that you two will be together before the year is up, Blair gave you guys until valentine's day next year", he explained.
"Whatever, but sorry to disappoint both of you, but none of you will be winning because Zack and I will not be together", I said slowly.
"You may not catch feelings, but what about Zack? How did you know he didn't catch feelings?"
He was right, I didn't know if Zack did.
"Whatever, it doesn't matter", I scoffed.
"Aha, so he can actually catch feelings and keep it quiet."
"Goodbye Spencer."
"Before you go I have something to tell you."
"Which is?"
"Ally and I decided to give our relationship a try and see how it goes."
"Good luck, I told you it was a bad idea to break up with her in the first place."
"Whatever", he hung up.
Ally was his girlfriend he started to date in his junior year.
