It was a week since they arrived in Nosstrey and Keila was angry.
She and Kronos have barely talked since the ride and he seemed angry too, but it was hard to tell as he always seems that way.
She tried to convince him to let her work or do at least something during the day, but he said he had no work for her. She even tried to persuade him to let her work at the stables, but he denied.
