Teaching him a lesson

I felt myself start to get hot flushes during the night and I can't understand why.

My t**s were getting sore, and I was feeling extremely horny lately for no reason. It was a annoying feel, and it felt like it was only gradually getting worse.

"f*****g hormonal" I sigh out, and I diall my moms number.

I promised her a phone call.

After a couple of seconds, she picked up.

"Honey! How are you?" She asked and I smiled, hearing her sweet voice.

"I'm good mom, how are you?"

"I'm great. Missing you of course. Tell me, how is university?"

"It's good, the whole town seems pretty old though, and it's pretty much always raining or morbid here weather wise" I say and we contunie talking for a while before she hands the phone over to my brother, Dentin.

"Hey you, how are you managing?" I hear him smile through the phone and I smile.

"I'm managing, so so. Hows things that side?"

-Ace's P.O.V-

My little kittens heat is coming along, I can already smell her strongly, and it's only the beginning.

"Are you even hearing what I'm saying?" I got snapped out my thoughts by Blaze and I rolled my eyes.

He talks too much.

"Yes. We'll go hunting tomorrow morning. I haven't hunted for a week and I'm feeling rather peckish"

"A week? How do you even manage that long?"

"I've been focused on other things" I take a sip of my whisky.

"You mean you've been focused on Skye?"

Just hearing him say her name drove me up the wrong way.

"Don't use her name" I hiss at him, and he holds out his hands in defense.

"Not to be weird or anything, but now that she's in heat, what are you going to do?"

"I'll wait for her to come running to me, which she will do because it's only going to get worse and worse"

"And then when she comes running to you?"

"Then I will mark her" I check the time on my watch.

"You have a class now" I look at Blaze and he nods, walking off.

What is my little kitten up to? It's not like she can go far, I can smell her from kilometers away.

I walked up the stairs and I heard her sweet little voice talking to somebody.

Who might that be?

I didn't even need to stand close to her room to hear the conversation.

I stood by the wall.

"Yeah I miss you too"

"You're going to come visit me in the holidays aren't you?" She asked sweetly.

Yes he should, so I can rip his head off. It'll save me the trip.

"I'll try, I should be able to" The male voice says and I clench my jaw.

Maybe hunting would help me calm my frustrations.

I walked down the stairs, walking outside.

-Skyes P.O.V-

"Take care of yourself brother. I love you" I smile and hang up.

I lay down on my bed and take a book out, and begin to read.

-A few hours later-

I woke up, confused. I had obviously fallen asleep while reading.

Shit! I must of missed most of my classes. I checked the time. I had one more class left. I could make it.

I quickly fixed my hair, and brushed my teeth, grabbing my book, and I ran downstairs.

I jogged to English class, and I took a seat in the back, immediately catching the eyes of Mr Phoenix.

"Class dismissed, I will see you all tomorrow" He said, closing his laptop. s**t, I missed it.

There was no point in even coming then.

I got up, and grabbed my book, but I heard Ace calling me.

I gulped and walked down the stairs.

Luckily all the kids left.

"Yes sir?" I ask him and he packs his books away.

"You missed all of your classes today. Care to explain why?" He crossed his arms.

"I fell asleep, I only just woke up" I say softly.

"Sleep is for the night, not for the day"

"I know, I've just been having trouble sleeping sir, I'm sorry" He looks down at me and I blush.

"Why's that?" He asks and I blush.

I couldn't tell him that I was so horny I couldn't sleep properly without having explicit s*x dreams.

"Just been having bad dreams" I say and he nods.

"I see" I was about to leave, but he grabbed my arm, pulling me towards him.

His touch felt heavenly. It felt like the medicine I needed to feeling this way.

"Skye, you're mine. I've made myself clear, why do you choose to defy me?" He says calmly and I sigh.

What was he talking about now?

"What are you talking about sir? I'm not going to stop being friends with Levi because your ego is broken" I cross my arms.

"Watch the attitude, I won't hesitate to correct it. As for Levi, he needs to learn his place. He's very comfortable around you"

"You need to learn to calm down" I shrug.

"Don't tell me what to do" He glares at me and I roll my eyes, suddenly I am being pushed against his desk, my back pressing against it, his hand wrapped tightly around my throat.

"I said, watch the attitude" His fingers squeeze at my airway, and I feel myself running out of oxygen.

I grab his hand, trying to pull it away but he smirks.

"Are you going to shut your mouth?" He asks and I nod. He pulls away and I cough, catching my breathe.

Unfortunately for me, his choking turned me on, and I felt my cheeks burn.

"If I see Levi lay his hands on you again, I'm going to teach him a lesson" His eyes pierce into mine and I stay silent.

"What is your problem, Ace?" I ask him, genuinely confused as to why he's acting this way.

"I told you, you're mine. I'm very territorial, Skye. I will not share my pet with anybody" His eyes staring into mine with a cold look in it.

Somehow I knew that he wasn't joking. Something was different about this man, and I was planning to figure out what it was that was so different about him.

"You may leave" He says, stepping away from me, walking to his laptop.

I walk out there as fast as I can, and I jog to the library, accidently bumping into someone in the process.

"s**t, I'm so sorry" I mumble, seeing it was Levi that I had bumped into.

"Skye! Where have you been?" He asks, grabbing my shoulders and I smile awkwardly.

Dude, stop touching me?! If Ace had to see this, he'd lose his absolute s**t right now.

Levi pulls me into his arms, and I hear someone's throat clear behind us.

Fuck. Me.

I pulled away from Levi, and looked behind me to see Blaze and Ace staring at us.

Ace raised his eyebrow at me, and he had a smirk playing on his lips.

"What's going on here?" Blaze asks and I feel my palms begin to sweat.

The halls were clear, and it was already dark outside.

"Nothings going on" I say, as confident as I can.

"Is that so? What do you think Levi?" Ace stares at Levi, and Levi gulps.

"N-nothings going on here sir" He said and Ace looks at me, amused.

Amused, yet, I knew he was bound to be pissed off.

"Do you have a crush on my little kitten?" Ace stalked towards us, them both standing right in front of us.

I felt like a midget.

"Y-your little kitten?" Levi looked at me confused and I stared at the floor.

"Yes. My little kitten. Is there a problem Levi?" Ace hovered over Levi, and I wanted to run away, but I couldn't leave Levi.

My legs were trembling. Why?

This man had a dangerous aura about him.

"She doesn't belong to you sir.." Levi mumbled, and Ace begin to laugh.

"She most definitely does. She most definitely doesn't belong to you, that's for sure" Ace has a evil smile on his face, and I wanted to step between the both of them, but Blaze grips my wrist tightly.

I glare at him, trying to pull away, but he grips my wrist tighter, making me wince.

The tension between Ace and Levi was scaring me.

"Come on Skye, let's go" Levi says, and he walks to me, but Ace pushes him hard against the wall, causing him to wince at the pain.

"Ace! Stop it" I shout at him, trying to break from Blazes grip, but there was no use.

-Blazes P.O.V-

I gripped onto Skyes wrist as she tried fighting my grip.

What Skye failed to understand is that Levi was a vampire himself. He was one of the youngest vampires around.

Levi should of known better coming after Ace's mate.

"You're going to hurt him!" Skye screams, as Ace grips Levi's neck, pinning him to the wall, his grip tightened around Levi's neck each time Skye tried saving Levi.

Levi gripped onto Aces hand, trying to pull him away, but he only gripped his neck harder.

"Get her out of here" Ace spat, and I nodded.

I grabbed her wrist, pulling her towards her room, and she tried to fight as best as she could, but I ignored her.

Levi was strong, and he needed to learn his lesson, especially in the food chain. Ace stood above us all, and he needed to learn his place.

"Blaze please!" She screamed and I sighed, opening her door, and letting her in her room.

"Look Skye, you need to relax. Ace won't hurt Levi badly. Levi will be fine, you'll see"

I shouldn't wipe her memory. Ace didn't tell me to. She needs to find out sooner or later.

"Go to sleep. You need it. Tomorrow you'll see Levi will be fine. I do however suggest that you two not get so close" I smiled at her and she scoffed.

I could atleast tell her to go sleep right?

I grabbed her wrists, forcing her to look into my eyes.

"Go sleep, right now" I say, and I let go of her.

She nods, climbing into her bed, putting the covers over her, closing her eyes.

I close her door, and walk back downstairs, seeing Ace and Levi weren't there anymore. The wall that Ace threw Levi was in was damaged, and I walked outside, hearing racket outside.

I go vampire speed to where they were, and I stood there.

Levi had blood pouring out his nose and mouth.

"What astounds me is that you'll defy me. Me, your creator. It's by my will that you're still moving" Ace grabs Levi by his throat, and he throws him against one of the trees.

Levi groaned, spitting the blood out his mouth.

"Get up. Now" Ace spits, and Levi tries getting up, falling again.

"You want to be all high and mighty, don't you? So get up Levi, and fight me" Ace spits again, and I watch Levi groans as Ace kicks him onto the ground.

Ace stands in front of Levi, and Levi spits some more blood out, wiping the blood on his face.

"I'm sorry, my king" He stays on the ground, his head ducked down onto the floor.

"I'm more than just your king. I'm your god, and you'll worship at my feet. Don't forget that Levi. Touch her again, and I won't think twice to kill you" Ace puts his shoes on Levi's head, pushing down so that his face was on the ground, and he kicks him one last time.

"I think that's enough Ace" I say and Ace glares at me.

Sure I was his best friend, but he still wouldn't hesitate to kill me if he felt like it.

"Now, get up" Ace lifted his foot off of Levi's head.

He lent his hand down to help Levi up, and Levi hesitated at first, but he weakly grabbed Aces hand, Ace lifting him up.

"This was just a warning" Ace put his fingers through Levi's hair, petting him, and he walked off.

I walked next to Ace as Levi followed us weakly.

"That sure is going to do some damage" I say, looking back at Levi.

"He'll heal" Ace says and we walk back to the dorms.

"We ready to go?" I ask Ace and he nods.

"Did you put her to sleep?"

"Yes, she was freaking out" Ace nods.

We climb into Ace's car, and he drives us back home.

"Leev is going to take longer to heal because it's damage caused by you" I say and Ace shrugs.

"I don't care. He should know better than to defy me" I nod.
