It was the weekend and most students were going home. Okay not most students, seemed like all the students were going home.
"You know, you can come with me" Levi smiled and I shook my head.
"No Leev, you go. I'll see you on monday" I smile at him and he nods.
"Are you sure? I really don't mind. You won't have to be alone here"
"No it's okay" I smile and he nods.
His Uber arrives, and he hugs me.
"I'll see you on Monday. Call me if you change your mind" I nod, and he climbs in his Uber, and I wave him off.
Sure I'd rather be with someone I know, in a comforting environment like a house, then being alone at the dorms but I didn't want him to feel sorry for me, plus I didn't want him to get the wrong idea. I wasn't interested in Levi that way.
I turned around and walked to the dorm rooms. I might as well take a book and go to that tree house Levi showed me.
I walked to the dorms, and got on a hoodie to put over my shirt I was wearing. I left my mini skirt on, and put on some sneakers.
I grabbed one of my romance books and walked back downstairs. I walked outside, and walked to the treehouse.
It was a lot scarier walking out here alone, but Levi did it all the time when I wasn't here, so I should be fine.
After a couple of minutes, I climbed up the treehouse.
I sat down and crossed my legs. I took a deep breathe and looked at my surroundings. There seemed to be some mist in the forest. I opened up my book and began to read.
-A couple of hours had past-
I yawned and looked at the time on my phone. It had been two hours since I got here.
I was reading obsessed for sure.
I looked out the small window in the treehouse when I heard voices.
The mist had turned into thick fog.
The voices sounded like Ace's and Blaze's. What were they doing here.
Where they walked the fog parted.
Their hair was messy, and they seemed so powerful by the way they walked. I stayed quiet.
Ace's eyes landed on the treehouse, and Blazes soon followed. How did they know I was here? I didn't make a sound.
"Ms Stone, what are you doing?" Blaze asked, them both stopping in front of the treehouse.
I came out of hiding and smiled awkwardly. This was honestly so odd.
"I'm reading" I say, staring at them.
"I thought we told you to not come into the forest" Ace glared at me.
"The better question is why the f**k are you two walking in the forest?" I asked them and Blaze shrugged.
"We like going for walks" He said and I shook my head.
"And I like reading, so leave me alone" I say and Ace's eyes seemed like they darkened.
How was that possible? Or maybe it was just the lighting.
"Get down from there Skye" Blaze said, sighing.
"No" I roll my eyes.
"Or else you have detention the rest of this weekend" Blaze said and I rolled my eyes again.
What was up with these guys?
"So detention it is. And Mr Phoenix is going to come fetch you"
What?
I looked back at them and I rolled my eyes.
"Why can't you just leave me alone?" I ask.
"Get down now Skye" Blaze said and I sighed, getting down.
I was standing right next to them, and I crossed my arms.
"What were you doing out?"
"Big boy things" Blaze chuckled.
"You can't give me detention" I scoffed.
"We're your lecturers, we can do whatever we want" Blaze shrugged, gesturing for me to walk in front as the path grew narrow.
Ace walked behind me, and I could feel his eyes on my ass.
"You know you guys are complete assh-" I tripped over a route sticking out the ground, and I felt someone's arms around me. By the electricity that went through my body, I already knew who caught me.
"Watch your mouth" He helped me up to my feet properly, and I felt my cheeks burn up.
How could someones touch be so electrifying?
I didn't want him to take his hands off me, but he did, and I couldn't help but feel dissapointed.
I stayed quiet the rest of the way until we reached the university.
"You have detention with us starting with tomorrow. If we see you in the woods again, your punishment will be a lot worse" Blaze crossed his arms.
"What are you going to spank me?" I ask, crossing my arms.
"Mr Phoenix will, since he is your lecturer"
I scoffed and looked at Blaze's facial expression. Oh, he was serious.
"What? Do you spank your students?" I ask them and Blaze chuckles.
"Only if they need punishment" Ace says, looking into my eyes.
"You're kidding right?" I ask, giggling.
"No. We do things the old way, and it's not often we have naughty students" Blaze shrugs.
"Please, I dare you" I smirk, challenging them.
"Detentions tomorrow morning. Don't make me come look for you Skye" Ace looks at me, and walks into the building.
Oh, he was definitely going to come look for me.
-Ace's P.O.V-
"Oh he was definitely going to come look for me"
Is that so kitten?
Want to play cat and mouse? I can play.
Having access to her mind was entertaining. She was quite a naughty girl.
I couldn't help but to develop a small soft spot for her. Those instincts just came naturally now.
-Skyes P.O.V-
I watched Mr grumpy walk off and Blaze crossed his arms, staring at me.
"What?" I ask him.
"Nothing. I suggest you get to detention tomorrow, that's all I'm saying" He walks off and I scoff.
Please, he was going to come look for me.
I went to the dining room, and got some food, and sat down by my seat I usually sat by.
Ace and Blaze walked in the dining room and I looked down.
They sat by the table across from the hall. Ace's eyes didn't leave me.
He was watching every move of mine, and I could feel my heart begin to race.
I finished my pasta, and drank some orange juice.
I got up, and I took my dishes to the kitchen, and I went to sit back down by the table with my book, and I opened it and contuied to read it.
"Mind if we join you?" Blaze asks and I shake my head.
"Go ahead" I say, and they both sit down.
"What are you reading?" Blaze asks, and I close my book.
"It's a romance book"
"Do you like romance?" Blaze asks, taking a sip of his water.
"Yes I do. I love romance" I say positively.
"So what? The pure romance or those romances full of smut?" Blaze chuckles and I roll my eyes. Ace was staring at me seriously.
"I like smut, yes" I shrug.
"So she isn't as innocent as she may seem" Blaze hums.
"What makes you think I'm innocent?" I mutter. Is it because they think I'm too ugly to get laid or something?
-Ace's P.O.V-
She had a very bad self image.
She thinks that we think that she's ugly, too ugly to get laid, but it's not that.
I could smell that she was a virgin. Blaze could as well.
She smelt pure and innocent, and she radiated that energy.
I watched her cheeks turn red. She thinks we're mocking her. How cute.
"It's not coming for your looks Skye, you just give off innocent vibes" Blaze says, and she shakes her head, putting the book down.
I've read that book she's reading, and it was most definitely not innocent.
It was full of smut. Descriptive s*x.
"Who cares whether you say that or not.. you won't know.. maybe I'm a slut" She snaps and Blaze scratches his head.
She was extremely defensive. I'm assuming that comes with her past. Defensiveness doesn't just come naturally, plus I got a aura off of her every now and then, that seemed strange.
In spite of reading her mind, she still intrigued me, even though I wouldn't admit that to Blaze.
"I thought you would of gone with Levi for the weekend" Blaze said and she shook her head.
"No.. it's best that I didn't" She says softly and I hum.
"What? He's not good enough for you?" I ask her, staring into her eyes. Her beautiful blue eyes.
"It's not that" She scoffs back and I raise my eyebrow.
"What's it then?"
"It's that I'm not interested in him, and me going with will give him the wrong picture"
She's not allowed to be interested in Levi, I forbid it.
"Are you interested in somebody?" Blaze asks her and her cheeks turn a dark red.
"N-no" She stutters and I smirk slightly at the s****l tension her body was directing to me without her even knowing it.
"Oh?" Blaze could sense it, and he smirked at her.
"Y-yes! I was hurt enough by men, and I don't think I could be hurt again. But anyways, goodnight sirs. Sleep well" Her aura immediately turns to a different type. Negative and sadness overflowing her.
Hm, I wonder.
