Connor’s POV
I was intoxicated by the scent of blood. Blood of my mate, which made me lose control. Things were pretty much heated between us as I sucked her blood. I did not even realise the amount of blood I sucked from Alisson’s body. The moment I realise it was already too late, because she went unconscious and limp in my arms. It was never my intention to mark her without her permission.
Now, here I am with her still angry and upset with me. More then upset she is hurt. She might have tried hard to hide her tears but could not miss them. Her last question was something I was not expecting. Somewhere she still believes we are not strong enough to handle future situation once Aliza is back. Alisson is still vulnerable and I could see it was taking a toll on her not being sure about us
