Chapter Three – Intruder Keri sat naked on the ruins of her robe. She shivered uncontrollably, though the room was warm, and watched with wary eyes as the woman perused her house. The woman took her time, selecting a CD from Alan’s collection and putting it on to play before pouring herself another cup of coffee. As she sat down, Keri heard blues drifting from the CD- a piano riff, heavy bass, a saxophone moaning like a lover. She loved this song. Now she would never hear it the same way again. “Listen to me.” Keri looked up. “I’m sorry to be scaring you like this, but sometimes I have to shock my subjects a little to get their full attention. Before you have a heart attack I should probably let you know that I’m not here to steal your diamonds, and I don’t want to hold you for ran
