I was sharing a joke with Drax about how he has a new taste for blood, being a hybrid and all, then it hit me, this refreshing scent of lilies, my favorite flower. I turned to see the she-wolf who was with another woman and she froze, looking at me before the woman fainted. This woman who I recognize as Addison, Aidan's former mistress, and now know is her mother, I went over to help but a growl stopped me in my tracks and Ty went over to Addison on the ground while her daughter looked scared and panicky. I have never really met her daughter only heard of her, I told her, "We are not here to harm her." She was ready to fight us if she had to, to protect her mother, "Let us help you," I said, and then our eyes met. Everything made sense at that moment, no one seemed to be around us
