So many emotions gathered in his chest and gut that if anyone had come in to speak to him just then, he couldn’t have replied. He’d thought Logan was good, but having seen what began as rough, quick sketches, then viewing the finished paintings and charcoals in frames, convinced him of Logan’s importance in his field.
Pleasure rolled through him as he studied each one because they brought back wonderful memories of following Logan around, toting his chair and easel for him, observing how engrossed he was in his ideas and the vision for what he was capturing.
