Chapter 11On the afternoon of the bright, silver-dollar moon, Logan received a call on his cell from Jason R. Rutherford, the NMAI curator, who introduced himself and asked after Logan’s health.
“I’m doing well. And you?”
“I’m good. Thank you for asking, and for the splendid exhibit and opening day you provided for the museum. We’ve had a huge response and more than the usual number of visitors from other countries.”
Logan again expressed his gratitude for the invitation and the celebration of his art. “My family and my guest were very impressed with the museum. It was a wonderful experience for all of us.”
