"How dare you threaten me sweetheart after all I have done for you!"

"Oh please cut the bullshit Raphael, you can have steamy s*x with any other female from now on since you will be a divorced man, now if you would excuse me I need to inform your family about this new development!"

I was about to open the door when he stopped me in my tracks. His eyes were burning with rage yet he said nothing I knew that after four years he would feel nothing but pity for me.

"You will keep your mouth shut about the little stunt that you have planned, do we understand each other!"

"Get your hands off of me your a man w***e that is all that you are, take our agreement and read it you have nothing left anymore except that little w***e what's her name.. "

I pushed him away then threw a devilish smile and said "Nicole!" then I left with the bit of dignity that I had left in me. I felt weak and if I was about to have a breakdown yet his facial expressions gave me a different feeling. I felt powerful as he was about to endure what I had for the last few years of my life. As I walked out of his office I heard glasses break and he yelled for his assistant immediately. Not long after that, I heard that the lawyer has been summoning to Raphael himself. I felt like I was free at that point for a few minutes after it has passed I felt weak again like my hole world came crashing down.

Raphael p.o.v

"What the f**k are you saying, Johnson?"

"Sir it looks like if the contract is broken by adultery then a divorce can be implemented and..."

"Speak up Johnson cause it might be your f*****g last few words!"

"It seems like she might have custody over your daughter as well!"

"All of you get f*****g out now!"

"I said now!" I yelled with everything that I had left in me. She was right I was about to lose this one, my daughter. I took a bottle of whiskey out and started to drink my butler made an excuse for me down at the party hall saying that I had business to attempt to. Mother was of course not happy not was my father but that did not stop me. I started to walk down the hall and stopped by her room after midnight. I walked in seeing her slipping on her white satin robe over her naked body. s**t, she looks gorgeous how could I miss that. She threw me a stare that left me longing for air. I walked up to her slowly to my surprise she did not back up an inch.

Emily p.o.v

He pulled me closer to him then kissed me leaving me speechless he smiled at me then kissed my forehead.

"We can tell everyone tomorrow at breakfast after we have spoken to our daughter please?" his eyes were soft and sensitive I have never seen him like this even in his drunken moments.

"Our daughter, that the first time that you have ever said that?"

"She reminds me of you every day she does not remind me of her mother she has your eyes and your kindness. Please promise me tomorrow?"

"Ralph..I..." he kissed me deeply this time with meaning then he smiled at me with a surprise he handed me a document that was signed. I could not bear myself to look at it not now and I could not cry at any cost to give the rats bastard satisfaction.

"Promise me Em?"

"I promise Raphael!"

He smiled then walked towards the door before he reached the door I had to ask him one question that was on my mind since I shared the divorce with him.

"Ralphael are you mad about me playing one of your cards on you?"

"How could I be my love as I will be losing the one jewel that is most precious than them all!"

"Raphael I will never take away your daughter from you I'm not Bridgette, please believe me!" I said with my hand on his back I could feel how tense he was.

"I was not talking about my daughter, enjoy your last evening in the mansion my love!"

"Raphael wait what is going on?are you going to kill me cause..."

"Nobody gets to kill you except me and nobody gets to love you except me!"then he left once again I felt empty.Did a divorce just really show me his true colours.Thats when I looked at the papers.Our divorce papers with a sticky note on.
