Raphael p.o.v

I have never in my being felt the way that I did now. She left me speechless with her actions. What happened to Emily the soft-hearted girl that could never say anything bad to me. Even her eyes have changed everything of her has changed towards me. She made me feel alive after she handed me the divorce paper cause no one has ever tried to take me on like this. I felt a burning sensation when our bodies touched after the first kiss I had to do it again to make sure what I felt was real. I remembered every action of how I treated her in the past every word as it was yesterday.

Flashback to the day that they got married:

I was waiting by the door when I felt a pain in my chest. I betrayed Bridgette yet I have to do what is best for my daughter. After finding out that Emily always took care of Alexa while Bridgette was partying made me mad as fuck.I could take revenge on that b***h, but I had no energy left in me to fight. I felt a hand on my shoulder and when I turned around there she stood with her plain white dress. I saw an angel in front of my eyes. I shook her hands off of me then walked towards the door that is when the door opened and everyone yelled at us cheering this relationship on while I felt dead inside of me. My heart was only made for my true love which was Bridgette, not this horse's s**t!

I looked at everyone and saw that they were pointing at Emily. When our eyes met she threw a fake smile at everyone then kissed my cheek. I should say one thing is for sure is that she knew how to keep up appearances. I pulled her close to me with one hand then I whispered in her ear:

"You are mine now sweetheart, I can do with you what I please to. Let's just get one thing clear you will never be like Bridget. You aren't even pretty you are just one mood, f*****g killer!"

After we have parted our separate ways, my father came up to me waiting for me by my office. He looked mad as hell while he should have been happy or drunk!

"Don't mess this up, Junior!"

"What are you talking about father I saved the day we should celebrate this occasion!"

"If you do so as much to hurt the girl with your whoring or worse then you will have me to deal with or worse her!" he said then straighten up his jacket to walk away.

"Please dad is that a threat that is coming from my own father? She is a weak soul and means nothing to me!"

"My son this is a friendly warning by the way if Bridgette left you just like this in a blink of an eye,just imagine what Emily could do to you, besides I like this one much more. Seems like we have a fighter!"

My thoughts got interrupted by the flight attendant. Could that possibly be that my father was in on this divorce I need to know!

Does she want to leave me and be with another scum bag?

"Ask Henry to get some intel on where my wife was these last few days and what is she up to regarding her schedule today!"

The flight attendant just nodded then walked away leaving me once again with my thoughts!

Emily p.o.v

We arrived at the Haunt company first before we went inside I saw a couple of black SUVs pulling up into the VIP parking lot. Raphael's father opened the door for me and lead me straight to the conference room. Not long after we took our seats a group of businessmen entered the room then took their seats. I was not sure about what was going on at that point so I tried to ask Ralphs father what all of this was about then he stood up with a smile while he buttoned his suit he said:

"Thank you all for being here after the Japanese deal went off I thought we could do a deal again together as a team. Roland let me know last night that we have a great deal that can be closed so please let's start, but Roland today you will not be doing a deal with me, but with miss Duke."

"Sir with all respect she is not even part of this company"

I stood up then walked towards him with a smile I went to sit right next to him leaning on the table. I took the folder in my hand then started to look at the presentation by myself.

"Mr. Ronald please advise why do you think that this new warehouse will be up and good if your statics is wrong?"

"Excuse me this warehouse have everything that we need and probably got the best price!"

"Did you do your background check on this building?"

"Uhh.."

"Let me answer you no! you see last week I went with my daughter to this site. It is invested with bugs and should I add that the structure is falling apart any fool will be able to see that!"

I stood up then stepped behind him laying my hands on his chest then looked at the rest of the board.They all seemed shock with my actions or could it be that I knew more about business then they thought I would? 

"The price can be dropped by 25% otherwise this deal is off, now how about that for a girl. Now, gentleman if you would excuse me I have some meetings to attend to with mr Haunt!"

Our feet were not even a meter away from the door when the poor slim guy came running up to me. He was out of breath probably from the running and a boss that is a total ass.

"Ms. Duke the British has decided to drop the price by 20%?"

"30% since the electricity is not working and was never brought under our attention!"

He got on his phone and tried to explained then he threw me a smile while ending the phone call.

"Ms Duke you have got a deal 35% off the deal as the boss likes your guts!"

Not long after I got off the plain Henry sent me a photo of my wife.She was laying on a conference table near a man.My eyes went black with rage when I saw how she touched another man.What the f**k is she think she's doing!
