Mia gasped as he walked out of the woods.
“Shane??” She exclaimed, unable to hide the surprise in her voice.
Shane smiled and walked towards her, his arms open wide, in a welcoming manner. He was wearing only shorts and his muscular chest glistened under the moon light. “Princess” he stared intently at her, tossing his wire rimmed glasses to the side, his bright green eyes wild in excitement as he looked at his prize in front of him. “My queen” his smile grew larger as he stepped closer to her.
Mia heard rustling behind him. She drew in a breath, unsure of who was behind him.
