Wolf

“How was the visit?” Queen Amanda asked as the group entered the kitchen. She was standing behind the counter in her usual spot. King Jake Everyone or at least someone, always seemed to be in the kitchen. It was oversized, perfect for accommodating a lot of people. A large repurposed wood table, big enough for 16 was on the right. On the left, a breakfast nook where a table for 6 was. And the large island in the middle was a beautiful white shimmery counter with 8 stools. More often then not, King Jake and Alex would sit at the table talking strategy, although Queen Amanda was always scolding them away to his office declaring “no violence at the dinner table” as a rule of thumb.

King Jake looked up from his phone and acknowledged the group.

Mia looked at her friends “well”, she began “a few things”. Jake appeared mildly interested but queen Amanda was listening intently.

“They were really interested in the centre. “ Mia shared siting down on one of the stools at the counter. Queen Amanda smiled. She was so proud of the work at the centre. King Jake signed and went back to his game on his phone, causing Mia to inwardly giggle. For a big bad King he often acted like a teenage boy. This was one of those instances. She knew he was either playing baseball or candy crush - which he denied playing but she knew better. Also, Mia began as Emily and Caleb sat down on the stools at the counter flanking her, “Beta Ben found his mate” Mia began, looking at her mom.

Queen Amanda looked at Emily who was avoiding her gaze.

“Also it seems that Lacey will likely be leaving the centre for Harvest Moon Pack” Mia added pointedly to her mother. Luckily the queen picked up on her hint. Queen Amanda sighed and turned to the freezer, emerging with 4 individual pints of ice cream and 4 spoons.

“Your pick Em” she said with a smile.

“He was a bit of a douche bag but I won’t say no to ice cream” Emily perked up.

“Em you need to get your feelings crushed a bit more often” Caleb laughed taking in a mouthful of chocolate ice cream. He tried to recant his statement seeing the hurt in Emily’s eyes and quickly avoided eye contact with all the women.

Queen Amanda picked up on the weird tension between Caleb and Emily. “What’s up with these 2?” She asked Mia via mind link

“I’ve been wondering the same thing” Mia responded to her mom. “When I know you’ll know” the mother and daughter smiled at one another.

“Oh! I met the cutest family at the centre!” Mia exclaimed. “They had a daughter Winnie and a boy I think tommy?”

Amanda smiled. “Aren’t they lovely?” She agreed. She had met with them yesterday. “Their home should be ready in the next couple of days” she told her daughter with a smile. She was so proud of mia and her kind heart and giving spirit. She knew her daughter would make an incredible queen one day.

“It did seem like we are running low on space at the centre though” Mia added. “It was packed tight in there mom”

Queen Amanda furrowed her brow and her brown eyes showed some concern. She had a feeling that they would need more space. “Hear that love? We really need an extension put on the centre”. She called to King Jake

“Noted” the King replied, not taking his eyes off his game.

Mia giggled inwardly knowing that this meant that her dad would be tasked with getting that extension built quickly.

“So CrossFit tonight?” Mia turned to her friends taking a spoonful of her vanilla ice cream.

“Girl are you crazy? I’m still sore from yesterday/last night” Caleb winced, rubbing his bulging bicep.

Mia laughed. “We can totally make the 7pm class” she mused to her friends.

This time King Jake put down his phone. “No” was all he said.

Mia pretended not to know that this was what was coming, however she was prepared for it.

“No to what?” She asked innocently and confidently crossing her arms over her chest.

Emily and Caleb stared at her

“You know ‘what’” her father responded, raising from his chair. “You’re not going anywhere right now”

“Dad. You can’t keep me locked up. Plus I’m always with these 2” she gestured at her beta and gamma who were watching her wide eyed. Caleb absentmindedly took a spoonful of ice cream, missing his mouth with most.

“You’re not going. End of story” her dad responded.

“Dad. I am an adult and I am capable of maki g safe sound decisions” Mia retorted taking a step towards her father.

“We don’t know who was behind last night. We don’t know who sent the rogues and who left a note threatening YOU and you still want to go to some filthy human gym?” Her father snarled.

“Yes. I do. And we are going” Mia was indignant.

“Like f*** you are!” This time it was Alex who seemed to pop into the kitchen with his impeccable timing.

Mia rolled her eyes. 2 on one. Here we go. She thought.

“So let me get this straight. You want me to stay locked up here in the castle until the 2 of you can put your brains together to come up with a solid thought” she spat at Her father and Alex.

There was a collective gasp around the kitchen.

Mia turned to her mother who shrugged sadly as if to say “not this battle sweetie”. Mia was p*****. She felt Aria coming to the surface and a small growl snuck out of her. She quickly regained her composure.

“You can go outside. In the kingdom only” King Jake clenched his teeth and Mia could tell his wolf was also near the surface.

“F this” Mia mumbled no longer able to contain Aria, she quickly darted out the back door, shifting before she even hit the patio. Her dress was torn to shreds and she didn’t care. She was now in Aria’s beautiful shimmering white pink coat. She started running towards the forest, unsure of where she was going but knowing that she needed to go and quick.

Aria was in full control. She ran towards the boarder of the kingdom. She considered crossing it but knew it was pointless as soon as she saw the guards who we’re watching her, she knew they recognized her and that they would just tell the king. So she just raced through the forest like she had what felt like a million times before, gracefully dodging fallen trees and branches. Her senses were sharp. Sharper than many wolves. She continued to run and let out a few howls. How dare her father treat her this way. She was embarrassed at her behaviour was so angry with him. She continued to run faster, her paws barely touching the ground before arriving at the lake. It was starting to get dark and there was no one at the beach.

“Aria - I want to swim” Mia told her from within. And with that Mia took over, shifting back into human form. Coming out from behind the trees ensuring that no one was around. She was on the far north side of the beach. It was deserted. She stepped out from the trees. Sitting on a large boulder she dipped a toe in the water. It was perfect. Warm. Peaceful” she slid into the water and swam. She looked across the small lake and saw a pair of eyes watching her. They belonged to a wolf. A wolf she didn’t recognize. She swam closer to get a better look, half expecting the wolf to leave or at least appear embarrassed. But it didn’t. The large dark grey wolf continued to watch her. She cautiously swam to the east side, to get a closer look. The wolf came to the edge of the water. “Do you like what you see wolfy?” She taunted the unknown wolf. Her feet could touch the lake floor as she was getting closer to the edge. Closer to the wolf who’s eyes wouldn’t leave hers. Deep dark eyes. She took a few steps towards the wolf, still in the water. She knew one more step and her breasts would be exposed and she didn’t know this wolf but she was feeling bold. So she took another step towards it. “How about now?” She raised an eyebrow at the wolf who was taking her in. But then she paused in her tracks. That scent. She had smelt him before. “Mate!!!!!” Aria began howling inside of her. Mia stared at the wolf in shock. The shock must’ve registered on her face because as she took another step closer, exposing her soaking wet breasts and naval - the large wold drew in a breath and then departed into the forest.

Suddenly Aria was going crazy inside her. Mia could make out the sounds of Caleb and Emily splashing in the water calling out for her. Aria was howling inside of her. Mia out her hand over her ears. It was just too much. She didn’t want a mate. She didn’t know who this wolf was. But yet, she wanted to know who it was. She turned to her friends who had caught up to her in the water.

“Who the f*** was that?” Emily asked gesturing to where the wolf had been standing, trying to catch her breath.

Caleb had hit the shore and was ready to shift to wolf form “should we go find out? Did it hurt you?” He asked turning to Mia, waiting for her command. Caleb’s wolf was fast. One of the fastest she knew of. Mia shook her head no. She looked to her friends who were both staring at her concerned.

Mia regained her composure. “I’m not sure who it was.” She replied honestly. “I came over to get a closer look and then they left” she gave a shrug. “We are all safe, there’s no need to panic or sound alarms. Maybe a rogue seeking refuge or something” she shrugged.

“Or something” Caleb growled, ready to protect his best friend.

“He’s long gone Caleb. Let’s get out of here” Mia suggested. She looked at Emily who was watching her carefully. She knew that Em knew something was up. She wasn’t ready to share had just transpired though. She wasn’t sure she wanted anyone to know that she was mated or at least fated to be mated. Mia tried to remain composed.

“Come on Caleb. You look creepy standing there naked with that pasty white a** of yours” Emily picked up on the vibes she was getting from Mia. She didn’t like that Mia was holding back but she knew that if she was there must be a good reason. And they were far too naked for this wolf to return, especially if he didn’t come back alone.

Caleb looked down and quickly pretended to hide his p**** acting all bashful. “My a** isn’t pasty” he replied indignantly walking into the water. The trio laughed as they swam towards the western shore.

As they exited the water Mia turned to the woods and could see the eyes watching her. She figured if he was her mate (which Aria was still howling “my mate! My mate” over and over in her mind, so she was fairly confident it was him) that she could give him a little show. Of what he apparently couldn’t have or didn’t want as he hadn’t seemed to move towards her and had run from her friends. She stood on the boulder she had entered the water off of. She stood there naked for a solid moment. Staring at the eyes that she knew were staring at her

“Everything good mi?” Caleb asked, poking his head trying to see what was she was looking at.

“Oh ya” Mia responded, shaking the water from her hair and turning back to the wolf, giving him a full view of her perfect backside , letting her dark hair fall gently down her back.

“Race back to Caleb’s place?” She asked her friends.

They nodded, figuring she wouldn’t want to go home yet. “Ready. Set” Caleb quickly shifted and took off running in wolf form. Mia and Em looked at each other and laughed rolling their eyes before shifting and taking off after him.

Aria couldn’t help but look behind her. Hoping that mate could see her beautiful coat and fluffy tail as she took off into the woods after Caleb’s wolf, Leo. Aria passed Leo easily, despite the head start and ran to his back door shifting as she hit the back step. Caleb and em quickly caught her. Em was gasping. Her wolf was not as fast but was so agile and feisty. Definitely more of a fighter. Caleb grabbed some blankets from the deck box and handed them to the girls. They wrapped themselves up and sat at the patio set on his large deck overlooking the pool.

Caleb retreated into his house and came out with 3 beers. The girls nodded and took them happily. They cracked open their beers, each appeared deep in thought. Caleb and Em shared a couple of glances. Mia pretended not to notice.

“So how pissed was my dad?” She couldn’t help but ask.

“Oh he’s good and right pissed” Emily laughed.

Mia took a long swig of her beer and then smirked. “Good” she responded.

“Ya your mom was trying to get him to chill before he shifted and took off after you” Caleb continued. “So Em and I took your moms lead and while she calmed your pops, we followed you”

Mia smiled. She could always count on her mother to have her back. Especially when it came to her father. She may not always take her side in an obvious way, but she did her best to support her daughters independence.

Mia looked at her 2 friends, wrapped in their blankets under the moon light. She knew she was lucky to have them, alThough she was still questioning what had happened between them. She considered asking but decided not to ruin this moment with awkwardness.

The friends enjoyed the evening sipping beers under the summer night sky, wrapped in blankets. Laughing. Being together and enjoying the calm moment. ‘The calm before the storm’ Mia couldn’t help but think to herself. Caleb changed into grey joggers and a black T-shirt and walked the girls home. They laughed as they slightly stumbled up the road stopping at Emily’s to drop her off first.

“Thanks for the hospitality and chivalry” Emily told Caleb as they giggled their tipsy selves up to her front door. Without saying another word Emily dropped the blanket in Caleb’s arms, exposing her naked curvy figures before turning with a wink and walking through her front door. Caleb and Mia howled in laughter.

“Make sure your dad knows I walked you all the way” he said proudly as they reached the door. She laughed knowing that this would be an expectation and her father was likely not going to let her roam far without security of some kind. She smiled at Caleb and thanked him with a quick peck on the cheek. Caleb clutched his heart and stumbled backwards. Partly from being tipsy and partly out of antics. . “But I’m keeping the blanket for now” she laughed and entered her home where she knew her parents would be waiting up. She bid Caleb a good night and then entered her home.

“Dad?” Mia called and she entered the house.

Her father quickly appeared followed closely by her mother.

“Sorry dad” she said sheepishly.

The king rushed forward and enveloped her in a hug. He held her close for a second. Before looking down into her eyes. “I worry”. He told her. “I won’t ever stop. As long as my heart beats - I will worry for you and your mom and brother”. Queen Amanda smiled. She was proud of her husband for showing his vulnerability. “But you can bet your ass training tomorrow morning will be a doozy” he smiled.

Mia grinned. “I wouldn’t expect anything less from you pops” she told him cheekily. She gave her dad a quick kiss on the cheek. “Good night daddy” she smiled. She paused at her mother and gave her a kiss too “love you momma” she whispered. “Thank you”.

Queen Amanda smiled. “Love you too. With all my heart” she told her daughter.

Mia headed towards the stairs.

“Should I ask why you’re just wearing a blanket?” Her fathers voice boomed from the living room.

Mia paused with a giggle. “No” was all she responded before heading up the stairs to her room. She heard her father let out a low grow and giggled again.

As Mia entered her room and locked her bedroom door behind her, she noticed her bedroom curtains were still open and the window too. Being on the 3rd floor she wasn’t concerned.

She stood at the window for a moment. Peering across the river into the night sky. She could have sworn she saw 2 eyes watching her. The 2 eyes of a wolf. She wondered if it was her mystery mate. Or maybe a creepy warrior. Nonetheless, she was feeling quite bold. She dropped the blanket, letting it fall into a pool at her feet. She stood there naked for a moment. Letting the moonlight hit her body in through the open window. She heard a howl in the distance and felt some arousal pooling between her legs. Feeling something she didn’t feel often she made her way to her bed, turning from the window and ensuring that whomever was watching could see her perfectly rounded ass.

She lay on her bed of satin sheets and let her fingers trail up her thigh, meeting her lips in the middle, she slowly traced her lips. She heard a howl from outside. Her fingers were soaked and she was drenched with arousal. She sat up on the bed, spreading her legs wide and let her fingers take control. Exploring her own drenched body. Meeting her bud and inserting one finger into her body and gasping. For a moment she thought of Mike the other night. And how his fingers felt inside of her. She inserted another and licked her other hand and performed the most intense assault on her spot, until she pushed herself over the edge, panting as she climaxed and came all over her fingers. She heard a another loud howl in the distance. And then another. She smiled and walked over to the window. Blowing a kiss outside she shut the window and curtain. She quickly washed up and changed into some pj’s. She was giggling to herself as she brushed her teeth. That was not something she did often and it felt naughty and fun and she enjoyed the teasing of whoever was out there.

She turned off her lamp and lay down to rest. Falling asleep nearly instantly.
