7. It's Unbelievable

Abhi's POV:

In the morning I joined my family for breakfast as like another day. But surprisingly I found all of them a bit weird especially my sister Aarohi. She usually talks about everything while eating her breakfast. But today was different. Today no one making a single sound rather my parents and Aarohi seems something happened, but they don't want to let me know.

"Okay, enough of your silence. What happened?", I asked looking at Aarohi although I pointed it to my parents also.

"Did you check........", Aarohi was going to ask me something but my dad cut her off in the middle.

"No talk while eating", My dad said her in a strict tone, and she stopped. It never happened before as my dad never give her his advice in this matter.

Now my dad made me more curious. Suddenly, I thought it may be about last night as they were still upset with me as I say I'm not going to get married now.

Yesterday my mom and dad seriously started talking about my marriage, and they informed me that they already find a girl for me which make me shocked. I refused them instantly, but they weren't ready to hear me rather they told me I have to marry whatever it takes.

It makes me furious and I try not to talk to them anymore. But it ends last night. I never thought they remain upset until today and even stopped Aarohi to talk.

"Mom, Dad if you're upset about yesterday then I'm really sorry. I honestly didn't want to make sad by my behavior and I know I lose my control on my temper and I'm also for this", I said, being truly sorry. My mom and dad eyes softened but Aarohi give me a strange look as I guess something wrong.

"Abhi we can never be upset on you and you don't have to ask sorry for that", my mom said in her dearly and soothing tone. I know my parents never can be so upset but what the thing making them behave strange with me this morning, and this thought really making me curious for which I was not able to my breakfast properly.

"Then why you all are behaving so strange today?", I asked them in a confused yet demanding tone.

"Abhi, we can talk. First, you finish your breakfast", my dad said and leave from the dining table as his breakfast was already complete.

I was at the dining table with mom and Aarohi.

"What's the matter Aarohi?", I asked Aarohi.

"It's something like which never happened before especially with you", Aarohi said making me more confused.

I don't ask her anything further as I want to hear what happened from dad.

After completing my breakfast, I went to the study room of my dad, and I saw him reading a book.

"What happened, Dad?", I said, taking my seat opposite to him.

"You have to check this", Dad said and passed me a newspaper which seems weird to me. I hardly remember when last I read the newspaper.

I take the newspaper from dad and look at it. The first thing caught in my eyes is my which was on the first page, and it doesn't make me wonder seeing my photo in a newspaper. But my emotion vanished for a second when I saw the headline beside my photo. The headline is, "Abhi Malhotra Has To Stop Mental Torture On His Employees And Try To Improve His Personality As CEO"

"What the hell is this?", I sound utterly shocked seeing the headline. I looked at my dad with shock in my eyes, and I found his eyes were fixed on me, and he was hurt.

"Dad, what's.......", I cut off by him.

"Read the entire news", My dad ordered in a serious tone.

"But Dad....", I again cut off by him.

"Please Abhi", my dad again said, so I decided to read.

"We all know who is Mr. Abhi Malhotra, the one and only son of Ashish Malhotra and the current CEO of Malhotra industries. Although people are aware of his outside charm and fake personality as a successful CEO but his truths are don't know by anyone. We all mistake in our life. But Mr. Abhi Malhotra count mistake as Sin. Recently, we researched on some rumors and surprisingly it comes true. Thousands of employees are working in Malhotra Industries but unfortunately, they all have to tense the entire time about losing their job because of a single mistake. Mr. Abhi Malhotra doesn't consider a single mistake of his employees and if they do, he fires them without any mercy. Until now, around 8000 employees lose their jobs including every position. If you imagine for a minute about the employees of this industry, we easily can realize that how bad mental torture has to go through those employees.

Besides, his behavior with employees is also rude and unacceptable. He always behaves badly and strictly so that his employees be afraid of him and work as a servant.

Abhi Malhotra is in the CEO position for 2 years, and we hear many best things about him and his quick success, but it was all fake. He bought the media, so that, they publish eye-catching and good news about him when in reality he is a shame as CEO Of Malhotra Industries. He got his position not by hard work rather he get it as an heir of his father although he has no single quality of CEO.

People see him as a Greek God and example of a successful CEO and many youths take him as their inspiration. But In reality, Abhi Malhotra is a monster, and he is the worst CEO ever.

Moreover, we can say only thing Lastly that whether you leave your post as CEO or try to Improve your whole Personality."

"It's unbelievable", I sound more shocked after reading the whole thing which was written. I really forget what to think because I still can't believe in my eyes that someone dares to write all this nonsense about me and whoever it is, try to destroy my image to all.

"Unbelievable or you don't want to believe, Abhi", My dad asked me.

"Dad, it's all bullshit. Do you believe all these things? Don't you know how much fake news they publish about a popular figure just to get attention?", I questioned my dad as he is aware of the fact that the newspaper and all media companies have this one job to publish something stupid about a popular figure so that they can get people attention by any means.

"I know, and I also know that some writing in the news is also true, and I can't deny the fact", My dad said in a calm tone, and it's a sign of he is hurt.

"It's really bullshit that you fire 8000 employees from our industries since you joined", My dad asked me, and I try to reply to something but stopped because it was really true. Although it was true, there's are a few reasons behind it.

"Dad, I know it's true but what I did is not wrong. I didn't fire them without any reason rather I fire them for our company goods", I told him.

"I give my all responsibility along with my company because I know you are capable of all those things. And I know what you did is for the good sake of our company. But you also have to remember that they are employees, not our servant, and that was not the right way you treat them", My dad said which was a clear sign of how the article got his attention. I was feeling like a blast the entire newspaper company as they dare to cross their lines and write nonsense things about me.

"Abhi don't be furious. Try to accept them as our employees, and give them their respect and encourage them. I'm also in your place for a long time in my life, but I never have to face this. People not going to judge or search if it's not true or not rather they accept whatever they see and read. So try to improve the wrong thing about you and prove them wrong", My dad advised me in his calm tone.

I know although my dad seeming calm, but he was not calm inside at all rather he was hurt by me. I never want to my dad feel regret about me and Today, I think he was regretting.

"I'm sorry, Dad. I'm sorry about the fact that you're hurt for me today. And I can ensure you that you're not going to encounter this kind of news about me again", I said my dad like I was giving him a promise.

"I trust you, Abhi", dad said giving me a happy smile.

Although outside I was seeming soft with my dad but inside I was feeling the rage to destroy the whole newspaper company and kill the person who write all these bullshit.

I left for my office and my mind was fixed on the hurtful face of my dad.
