LUCY'S POV :
I bit down hard on Ariana's hand , before she had time to recover I pushed myself up and slammed the chair against her with so much force that she crashed against the wall , the knife from her hand flying halfway across the room .
I pushed myself backwards and crashed the chair against the wall , the wooden furniture immediately broke into tiny pieces , my eyes zeroed in on the knives on the table and I hastily gripped one and worked the knife on the rope . My hands were freed just in time to prepare for Ariana's next advancement , catching her by surprise I grabbed one of the broken wooden pieces and smashed it against her head .
I didn't wait for her to make any further attempts to harm me as I charged forward , tackling her as soon as she made her first attempt to get up
