“Yes mom. I got home safe.” I told my mom when she called. I bit my lower lip because I lied! I am at Devon’s house right now.
I am sitting on the bed while talking to mom on my phone. Devon always loves disturbing me with his kisses every time I am on my phone. He also did it with my dad when I was talking to him at my house.
“Yes, mom..” I said when she was reminding me to always lock the door. I mute my phone and face Devon.
“Babe, can you please stop? It’s mom!”
