-Quinn- I knew Ana had been skeptical about coming out here, unsure of how she could be of assistance. But the little Omega was doing far better than she gave herself credit for. As I showed her around the border, explaining what to look out for, she suddenly became an eager student, wanting to absorb everything she could. Her questions came one after the other, and I had never seen Ana so talkative before. Normally, she kept her head down, unwilling to engage, but it seemed a new side of our Omega was emerging. As we neared dinnertime, we walked leisurely, simply enjoying each other’s company. Ana was smiling from ear to ear as the sun still cast its rays upon us, warming our skin through the trees. “I never knew there was so much to learn,” she admitted softly, drawing my attention.
