SELENE'S POV Something's wrong. I can feel the tension heavy in the air. The atmosphere feels tense, and everyone around here is behaving strangely and kind of funny. Aldric isn't any different. I've only seen him twice since I woke up this morning, and each time we never really had time to speak. One time, he was having a hushed conversation with Silas outside in the hallway, and the second, he was rushing past me with files in his hands on his way to goddess knows where. He just waved at me as he walked by with a simple "Hey, bunny. I'll be right back, okay." Then he was gone. It's starting to get quite annoying, really. I even had to have breakfast alone this morning. Well, not really alone—there were other people at the breakfast table, just not people I know. No Aldric, no Silas,
