Amaris jumped up with delight. This is a book that would be useful right about now. She scooped it up off the desk and fell back into the chair with it. She opened the book to the table of contents and found that it was split into two sections. The first section was all about the wolf. The second was all about the human side. As her fingers slid down the page from one chapter to the next, she came upon mating and reproduction. She found the page number and flipped to the section indicated. The first thing that she saw were pictures. They were medieval drawings of a she wolf snarling and baring her teeth. Her cubs were cowering behind her.
