The three walked together out across the hanger floor and around the helicopters that she had seen earlier. They crossed completely to the other side of the hanger, to a door that Amaris had not noticed before. Walking out into yet another stone hallway, they met up with the rest of the group who were already wearing their haversacks. Amaris released Anna’s hand with a smile and walked over to where Lyle was standing waiting for her. He had very gentlemanly swung both haversacks on, one over each shoulder. “Let’s get moving.
