CHARLOTTE My vision blurred as I struggled to open my eyes. The weight of the world seemed to rest on my shoulders, and my body ached terribly. I blinked in confusion and exhaled slowly before looking around. Gradually, my vision cleared, and I looked at the window. It was still shut, preventing me from seeing outside.
