The morning after the mate hunt party.
In Kendra's room, the whole place was surrounded in brightness as the morning sun rose high im the sky. Kendra was still on the bed asleep.
The warm rays of the sun caressed her tenderly on the face waking her up.
Kendra's nose wrinkled as she found the feeling of the sun on her face displeasing before her eyes opened.
She was surprised to see everywhere bright and the morning is far gone. This is the first time she has ever slept through her alarm clock.
Why didn't her mum wake her up for school she thought climbing down from the bed.
