“Quila!” Both Anton and Chessa were surprised to see her there. They even glanced at the maid who looked apologetic to the two. “Don’t scold her. I pushed the gate, so she couldn’t stop me,” Quila defended the petite maid in her twenties. The maid then made herself scarce, disappearing in the back of the big house, which had a green Dutch roof. The house was made of concrete walls and glass windows. It was painted with pastel green, so it looked cool in the eyes. The lawn was not that huge, with a few palm trees standing near the front of the house, and there were a couple of cars and vans parked not far away. Quila thought it was the reason why Anton’s car was parked outside. “I didn’t know you’re back… and surprise!” Quila added sarcastically with bitterness in her voice as well. H
