Why did he follow this man when he only knows him by his name? He does not even know if it is his true name or just merely given a false one so as to make him at ease. He shouldn’t have trusted the man so easily. What if Reid is actually luring him into a trap? Taking him to one of the Lords so he wouldn't have any choice but to serve him? There is no knowing what the man’s intentions are when he just basically appeared out of nowhere and offered a place where he could stay.
