I couldn't wipe the smile from my face while I marveled at the feeling of my wolf's consciousness. It had been a hectic week for everyone after the raid on the cabin and my recovery, and then another week passed by a blur during the preparation of the family's grand celebration. Everything still looked like a fever dream to me.
