Despite the fighting and chaos ringing from the front of the compound, the western border was eerily quiet. I led the group we crossed paths with towards the security tower, maintaining our cover. It was pitch black; the enemies had long shattered the spotlights. It was a good thing that our wolves' eyesight was adaptable to the dark. We positioned ourselves next to the tower's base.
