We went back to Declan's house, and I showered and shaved, wishing I was in my own shower with own my shampoo, but we didn't have much time. After we were married, I'd send for the things I would need immediately and would go to the palace to get my clothes and other personal belongings later this week.
When I was finished, I dressed in an outfit that Declan had bought me before coming to the castle and felt refreshed and ready to go.
“Ready?" Declan asked when I came out, dressed in a black tuxedo with a white shirt and an ascot tie. His hair was combed to perfection. He had showered in the main shower, and I had showered in the guest shower.
