Damien's POV.
When I left, I know Ava would have thought that I went for a business purpose but I actually went to her house. When she told me about what happened to her family, I already messaged by beta to help me find out what was going on with them. I told him to help me find the robbers.
My Beta was quite fast to get all the information. I was working with Ava when he called me. I didn't know Ava was very hardworking. She just concentrated on her work.
"Ava, I need to leave. Don't work too hard. You should leave in an hour or two. If you are tired, don't force yourself" I said to her, giving her strict instructions.
I didn't want her to stress herself too much about what I was supposed to do. Why I even left her was because it will take her mind off her pain.
"Yes, my prince"
