Lucas didn't push me away.
My reckless expression of love didn't make him upset. Instead, he wrapped his arms around my waist and lifted me in his arms. I wrapped my legs around his waist, like that was the place they were born to be placed.
He felt so warm and smelt so good. I knew I was the missing part of his body. I wished I could be stuck on him like this for the rest of my life.
When he stopped kissing me, my eyes still remained closed. I took a deep breath and opened my eyes, only to see Alpha Zackery had already left.
I didn't know what happened, so I must have looked confused.
