"Soph? Are you asleep?" she heard her brother's knock and she stood up immediately. She had to curse because she felt weak in her knees and she was still feeling flushed. Everything that happened in her dream felt real.
"I'm awake now. Come in."
Dale opened the door and peered inside. She saw her brother had already showered when he came in. One look at her still dressed formally indicated that she had not showered yet. Dale sighed but was lenient with her. He knew how tired she could become after work. He didn't know that Sophia had experienced something weird just a few seconds ago.
"I've set up the movie in the living room. If you want more time to clean up, I'll give you ten minutes," he said before leaving and closing her door.
