It has been two years since everything happened, but time did not pass by like a blur. It moved slowly, allowing me to have spare time to remember her every single day.
I'm not really the type of person who writes in diaries or journals. I like the thought of always living in the present, so I never thought about documenting my life until I came across this memoir again. Although it seemed like an abrupt decision, I was suddenly interested in the idea of writing one down.
Back then, I had everything planned out in my life with my nearing wedding with Cole. When we got engaged, I thought I just had to wait for us to get married and start a family while simultaneously working on our goals. We were going steady on our path when life suddenly threw some unexpected twists and turns.
Everything didn't work out the way we planned it to be. Our plans changed drastically. Our wedding was pushed back indefinitely. I learned and discovered things — some can be very disturbing, which made me question a lot of things in life until now.
It all started the night when I met Justice Bryant.
Love,
