Not to mention that 2 of them are passive, they are actually a D rank and an E rank skill. If F rank skill can be considered as a common skill, E is uncommon and D can be considered as a rare skill. Moreover, the skills are definitely useful for Ryu when hunting later. Pinpoint is a common skill that every archer has while enhanced sense is more varied. Scout and thief are some classes with this skill. As for Eagle’s eye, it is a ranged class-exclusive skill that not just anyone can acquire it.
Jacob approached Ryu who is still examining the skill that he just got and lightly tap on his shoulder.

After organizing his thought, Ryu walked with Jacob towards another location. This time, it was a normal shooting block but instead of a round target, it was a black box that seemed to be made of metal.
［Surely, he won’t ask me to hit that box, right? I doubt that if I could make a dent even if I shot with all my strength. ］Ryu inwardly thought about it but there’s something that he has forgotten. He is now inside the game, Green World. What seemed to be impossible in the real world is possible here. After all, there’s magic and skill inside the game.

Jacob took out his bow that gives a blue metallic luster. It wasn’t made from wood and the strings seemed to be made by some kind of animal tendon. When he took a shooting stance, the aura around Jacob changed.
He pulled the strings and for some reason didn’t release it immediately. Ryu can feel that some kind of power keeps on building up, on the arrow tip as time goes on. When Jacob finally released the arrow, it moves forward carrying a small gust with it and the arrow penetrated the black box and embedded itself deep.
“Alright, now you just have to repeat what I just do.”
Ryu was still there looking at the black box that has been hit by the arrow. It definitely out of his logic and there is no way he can do what Jacob just does. After some time, he suddenly comes to a realization that it must have been a skill. Right, this is a game world and anything is possible.
“Instructor Jacob, can you tell me how you do it?”
Ryu might be able to learn the skill by himself but who knows how long it’s going to take. That is why he knew the best course of action is by asking instructor Jacob to teach him about it as a shortcut.
“Okay, now take a shooting stance. Pull the strings but don’t release it just yet. Focus all of your power into the arrow. The longer you pull and focus, the greater the strength.”
Ryu followed all the steps and he didn’t think that it was any different from his usual shooting but somehow, he felt that something has come out from his body and moved towards the tip of his arrow. He can feel that his strength slowly accumulated and gathered on the arrow. After a few seconds, Ryu feels that he couldn’t stand it anymore, and finally, he released his arrow.
It flew forward carrying a small amount of wind with it. It wasn’t generating a commotion as big as Jacob’s arrow but nevertheless, it still looked similar.

The arrow managed to pierce the metal box although it was only a few centimeters deep, unlike Jacob that managed to send half of the arrow inside the box.

Ryu is pleased to see that he managed to do something which he couldn’t do in real life using archery. Looking at the skill explanation, he finally knows why his strength seemed to be gone when he launched that arrow. The skill consumed stamina at the same time as mana point. Although the stamina stat will be officially unlocked when he changed class to an archer, he could already know the effect if he runs out of stamina.
“Congratulations Ryu, you can be considered as an archer now.”
Jacob walked to him and hands out a small badge. The design is a bow and an arrow crisscrossed. Ryu took the badge and put it on the collar of his shirt.

Playing together with Ginji might not be possible at the moment not to mention Ginji’s level is progressing along with his but he believes that the day they play together isn’t far.
Ryu bid his goodbye to Jacob and replenish his item. He checked his status before decided on where to go next or what to do.
