"I can not go into any relationships with you Alexander I still love Jayden despite what he did to me because I know I am still waiting for him to come back," Amelia said.

"You mean you are still waiting for a guy who did you so much wrong and called you an iceberg because he couldn't take away your virginity in what he calls loving you, Amalia how long do you think you can wait for this so-called monster of a lover," Alexander asked.

"Alexander if it will take eternity I will wait for Jayden nothing could take away my heart as much as I love Jayden" she replied.

"So, Amelia, you mean to tell me that if it takes a lifetime, forever you are will have to wait for Jayden and or die an old Maiden," he asked looking into her eyes.

"If I ever marry another man, I will go back to Jayden whenever he comes back to me," Amelia said to Alexander with a fierce look of anger and passion on her countenance.

"You can be kidding me, Amelia, if you love this man so much as you claim to do, why did you let him go in the first place?" he asked.

"You can't force a horse to drink from a river, Jayden loves me but he wanted to make love as I said earlier while I was still a teenager but I love him too despite his decision at the time and I was willing to let him have it just after we wedded" she replied.

"Talk to me Amelia what happened that you still love this man?" He asked.

Amelia adjusts her seat and sat upright on the cosy restaurant couch. She would not have opened up to Alexander if not they had come to know each other as a business partner. His money and wealth never meant anything to her. Love was all that mattered to Amelia. she wants someone she could feel a strong connection with, Someone that could smell her happiness and sadness and make her feel awesome despite all, she saw Jayden as that man in her life. She would give all for love to end up with Jayden. Amelia had some vital information to reviled to Alexander if that will help him to understand how she feels about Jayden.

"I was naive and young I went into the relationship with Jayden because I love him from the very day I met him. I fell into his arm without much adore but having been a reserved person our problem started. Jayden did all he could to get me to bed but I kept shifting date and I wanted and still want marriage with Jayden" she replied. As Amelia, the passion of love Alexander has for kept growing like a hurricane ready to blow away everything it gets in contact with.

Alexander, " I love you, Amelia", that was the only word he could say after Amelia was done explaining to Alexander what had happened to her that made her cannot forget about Jayden.

Don't Alexander, it is of no use trying to love me because my heart is tied to only one man and that is Jayden" she said.

Alexander couldn't take it anymore, he stood up from his couch and was on his way out of the restaurant that evening. He had never met a lady like Amelia who would resist his love because of a man who is invariably not worth his charm, wealth and class. He left for his home that evening when he got home Alexander couldn't do much as he just went to his living room bar and began to drink.

When he has gone halfway drinking, he took up his phone to call Amelia, her phone ranged several times but she didn't care to pick up her calls from Alexander.

Alexander gets so furious, drops off his phone on his couch. He picked up his bottle of whisky to continue drinking. As the thought of Amelia ignoring his phone calls overwhelmed his mind. he picked up his glass cup and mash it on his tile floor, particles of the glass hit his palm and gave him a deep cut.

Alexander didn't bother going to the hospital. he just sat still on his couch and continued to drink. He kept on bleeding profusely through his little cut on his palm. He began to feel dizzy, then it occurred to him that he had been bleeding from his palm. Alexander rushed into his bedroom to get some first aid materials to clean up his hand and stop it from bleeding when he had cleaned off the blood closed the scar, he had to stop drinking and went to sleep off in his room.

Alexander knew he still had some business project contract to do with Amelia, so he shouldn't be thinking of her getting off his sight so soon. He was the one who had agreed to a business project with his friendly company and signed the contract of their business agreement. Alexander knew he had to fight with the rejection of Amelia, but his fighting is going to be to try to win her heart.

Amelia had made up her mind on love, she just had to continue to see Alexender as a result of the business connection they have and also with her bosses company, if not his attitude at the restaurant the other day will never make her want to see him again.

She had refused to pick any of Alexander calls, but she will still have to always meet up with him in his office until their business project duration is over and that will not be anytime soon because their business contract will last for quite some time. That will be when the debt that Amelia's current company owes Alexander has been paid off in full by her boss, which is fully dependent on her business relationship and her ability to successfully execute all future project with Alexander in high returns.

The times don't seem good for Amelia with the way Alexander is taking things about wanting to date her but she will continue to maintain a stern decision over her love for Jayden, Alexander will have to give up on her on the long run.

The next morning Amelia had to resume the office to meet Alexander they had more business project to execute but she meets Alexander in a different mood than the most she had seen.
