Chapter Thirty Seven
“My baby sister”
Juniper POV
Knox is taking me out to a fancy restaurant tonight, and Josh is taking Vera out to a different fancy one. Josh arrives at 7pm, right on time. I smile and smack Vera’s butt while sending her off and she squeals.
Turning back to the mirror I touch up my blood red lipstick that matches my dress. I also have strappy 4 inch red heels I’m wearing.
Knox told me to wear heels, and that those would be the only thing that stayed on my body after dinner.
As soon as I finish touching up, I hear yelling downstairs. Knox should be arriving any minute, too, so I grab my purse before running downstairs to break up whatever the f**k is happening.
