Knox POV
“There’s an easy way out of this.” She says, turning the shard over in her hand.
Oh, hell no. Absolutely not. Not this again.
She starts rolling up the sleeve of her sweater, but doesn’t get very far because I close the distance between us, grab the hand that’s clutching the shard, and rip the glass out of her hand. Before she can protest, move, or do anything I growl at her, grab her wrist, and lead her out of the bathroom. Instead of going back to the classroom I drag her out of the building. As
