Andre’s POV
I left Anita’s side quite early but that’s not after making sure she was okay and the incense sticks were burning. I needed a walk, away from the pressure about the rebel faction attack, away from the constant reminder to always protect her and our unborn child and to protect the entire Pack at large.
I couldn’t get a proper sleep last night, my mind would constantly drift to the plans to attack and protecting my family and the pack. It felt good to have something valuable to protect and I was glad I was there this time but it was also a pressure especially with the thinking and planning.
