Andre’s POV
I had woken up earlier than Anita. I watched her sleep for a while before leaving to bath. Last night had not gone exactly how I planned it but I still have duties to perform. It was really an hassle leaving her side knowing that we had both gone to bed, each with different thoughts of the other.
As I showered, I concluded on the answers to give to the elders. A frown suddenly crept up my face when I remembered Malia’s attitude and words last night. She was the least of my worries right now. I need to speak to Anita before leaving and then meet with the elders. She was yet to wake up when I stepped out of the bathroom and I didn’t want to wake her.
