Andre’s POV
Lucas was kind enough to keep me distracted while I finished on the files. We finally left the office to the dungeon. The dungeon was in the deepest part of the castle, built with ancient materials and architecture. It is the strongest and most hidden place in the castle and still heavily guarded by armies. Prisoners are rarely kept here and when they are, they are sentenced to death later.
The dungeon reeked with blood and sweat. As I got closer to her, I heard screams and cry of pain.
“She under torture?” I asked, facing Lucas.
He nodded.
“Just mild. Nothing hard enough to kill her” he replied. Lucas might look calm and fun but he is never a fan of injustice and betrayal, he would make sure to handle whosever crossed that line.
