Andre’s POV
“Malia! What are you doing here?” I asked, hiding the anger in my voice and eyes.
“Just around and wanted to say Hi. Was here moment ago but the guards said you were in the garden” she replied as she walked around the table to sit beside me and directly opposite Anita. I looked at Anita and she had a blank expression on her face and just picked on her food.
“It’s quite late” I said and snapped my fingers at the maids to get her a plate.
“Yea. I can protect myself, don’t worry. I have been in Viola since I saw you at the dinner and we just about leaving when I decided to pop in here before leaving” she explained.
“No one mentioned you been unable to protect yourself” I thought.
“You don’t have to. You can always come in some other time” I replied. She shrugge
