MONTHS BACK The silence stretched, the quietness in the walls danced, the coldness and hard surface of it was a reminder of how unfavourable his captor was. Yet, just as quiet as it had been for the past week, he remained so. Still, calm, frozen in a spot and definitely not weak. No one came in, no one spoke, no one went out. It was just him, in the quiet and cold dark. Unlike he had ever felt in his life, yet he stood his ground. Ever so patient, so tolerating, so strong, like the person they all knew him to be.
