Chapter 25: Dinner at Dino’s Dino’s served surf and turf from noon until one o’clock in the morning. They didn’t open for breakfast. The chili couldn’t have been any better there, and they made a hell of a New York style cheesecake that dropped tongues out of mouths. Candles illuminated the tables, and a live band played jazz. Sometimes the band members would sing, entertaining the crowd with songs by the crooners. Prices were steep, and the chairs felt comfortable. The cocktails tasted smooth, having a reputation as being strong but well worth their costs. The wait staff looked like G&B models, and the managers were just as pretty/handsome.
